In the Real Estate Directorate it is necessary to adopt the following:
Step 1. Filled in cadastral registration. (You can find it online at the Real Estate Agency’s website).
Step 2. Payments to the account of the State Treasury – Real Estate Agency Podgorica in the amount of: EUR 10.00 per giro account: 832-1081-58.
Step 3. Pay to the account of the Real Estate Administration, purpose: Administrative tax, in the amount of: 5,00 euros to the giro account: 832-1082-55.
Step 4. Approval from the client for representation.
Step 5. Bring a photocopy of your ID or passport (Applicant)
