Via Ferrata Durmitor
Via Ferrata is a secured hiking path that crosses inaccessible parts of mountain massifs with the help of cables and metal treads. Ferrates are suitable not only for professional alpinists but also for people with physical fitness that are not engaged in active hiking and sport.
This ferrata is located on the rock of Uvita Greda, which is 10 minutes walk from Sedlo, in the very heart of the National Park Durmitor. Start ferrate is at 2000 m above sea level and ends at 2198 m above sea level. From the place of Uvite Greda you can see a large number of peaks of Durmitor mountain massif as well as Vojnik mountain,Skoči djevojka…Also, there is a great possibility that we will see some of the wild animals that are recognizable for the National Park Durmitor, most often are shamoy which in this area have the highest.
Each participant is provided with alpine equipment – hooks and ropes. All participants receive complete alpine and protective equipment (helmet, belt and ferrata system, which includes 2 carabiners, belt clip and safety system). All participants are tracked by our experienced guides who are also mountain rescuers.

The duration of this adventure for 25 participants is from 2 to 4 hours, depending on the readiness of the participants.
